NOTE: Some of the ingredients in our Skin, Hair, and Home-care products have a very low melting point, so if you receive our product in the warm months in a slightly soft or melted state, place the container in a cool place and stir periodically until it returns to its solid-state. Also, the performance of the product will not be affected by its appearance.

Sustainability: Each product you see in our merchandise catalog is made-on-demand, which means once you place the order,  we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share. 

Risk in the products (e.g., damage or loss to the products) will remain with us until Black Amethyst delivers the products to the address specified in your order or they are collected in-store when the risk will pass to you immediately.

Provided you have notified us within 15 days, and the return also meets the terms of our returns, exchanges, and refund policy, you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges if applicable. Black Amethyst is unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being canceled. Please see Cancellations for more information.

Cancellations

Due to orders being shipped promptly, Black Amethyst is unable to cancel orders after 24hours of your received order confirmation email.

Provided your return meets the terms of our returns, exchanges, and refunds policy, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding delivery charges. Black Amethyst is unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges where only part of your order is being canceled.
